The first words out of your mouth will be "Oh my how beautiful." You will point to one of the cabins and say "I wish we could be staying there" and without looking at the name on the outside of the cabin, that cabin will be Mountain Splendor.

One of the very best views Starr Crest has to offer. Mountain Splendor is located on the Peak at the top of the mountain where you have privacy and a spectacular view of Mt. Leconte. The living room, with its big, tall picture windows captures 180 degree view of the valley and mountains. On a clear day, you can view the many mountain peaks and valleys as far as 50 miles away. It will take your breath away. WOW!!!

The cabin is fully loaded plus many extras like the king sized bed featuring top of the line Stearns & Foster Plush Pillow-Top Silver Edition mattress and box springs to make your next stay in the Gatlinburg area a special and unique experience. Mountain Splendor has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, refrigerator/ice maker, stove, microwave, dish-washer, washer/dryer, blender, coffee maker, Cuisinart cookware and outside charcoal grill.

For fun, the unique spiral staircase leads you to the loft game room which has a pool table, air hockey, foosball, PlayStation 2, X-box 360 console, as well as the new PlayStation 3, stereo and CD-player, a 2 person Jacuzzi and a heated towel rack for added comfort and luxury. Or just lean back and relax in the sofa in front of the stack-stone fireplace in the living room as you're enjoying a favorite movie on a large screen TV with surround sound.
